I have an R837 HP Digital camera, and ive taken videos at a concert and cant get them to upload. When i connect my camera with the USB cord, the pictures transfer fine but the computer doesnt reconize that there's videos on the camera also. Does anyone know how to get my videos to transfer?

Are you using a file manager like Windows Explorer to transfer the files, or the software that came with the camera. Try both. Also, if you're willing to spend money you could try getting a memory card reader and do it that way.
