Videos won't load. or buffer.?

most youtube videos will load a couple of seconds then stop. it does it for myspace videos and any other video off the internet. i already have updated java and flash player what is wrong now? how can i fix this so it will load all the way without stoping afer about 10 or 20 seconds of the movie?
