Trouble playing videos!?

When I try to play videos online - from You Tube, on Yahoo, wherever - only about two seconds plays and then nothing more. There is never any sound (although my speakers are working properly). The video goes through the process of "loading," but the video just fails to play after two seconds. This just started happening all of a sudden. A few days ago everything was fine! Now, videos I have saved on my computer play fine in Windows Media Player. I have tried both Firefox and IE. Thanks, Rachelle.

Trouble playing videos!?
run a spyware scan .... think if u have updated or installed anything recently that may be causeing a conflict ...
Reply:view it from VLC media player
Reply:this might be due to a virus or hack done to ur computer, do u have a lot of add ons? such as software downloaded for screen savers, rigntones, etc. these often mess around with ur computer settings, u can try and download quicktime off their website or check ur internet browsing options, one way to fix this can be to delete ur cookies off the internet options tollbar and then reset
Reply:How about your internet speed connection?maybe it became slow this time and there's a problem with downloading/buffering..
Reply:Try reinstalling you Macromedia Flash Player at adobe.com it might help or just needs to be updated.
