Videos don't work on iPod, but work on computer?

Okay, so I got some stuff off Limewire and I'm trying to put it on my iPod. When I'm updating it, the music goes on just fine, but I found that the videos don't work, as it shows an error message explaining that the audio isn't supported by the iPod. Is there any way I can fix this? The videos are MPEG, and my iPod is a 60GB iPod Video.
