On the Yahoo Videos section- it is very easy to download- some videos cannot be downloaded- you can even view them without some form of payment- can I assume that if I can view the video for free and can easliy copy it- that's OK- for my own personal use at home? Most of the video content is short trailers and segments of scenes- Not a whole scene, show or movie- these are what I would call promotional trailers

yes its free and its okay for home private use. of course your not supposed to use them for profit making or distributing although you probably could without being caught but to answer your question yes you can and download or view them for free and nobody will come knocking on your door threathing you because of it. it is legal. have fun
