Youtube- can't watch videos.?

Hey, has anyone else had this happen to them? When i try to watch any videos on youtube they don't seem to work at all! like thte video screen doesn't come up and this message appears:

Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player.

so i went and downloaded flash player again even though i already have flash player nine, and i made sure that all of the Javascript stuff was enabled under internet properties, but for some reason the vids still won't work! i've never had a problem with youtube before, but this morning when i tried to listen to some music videos i got this message. oddly enough, when i went to one of my friend's channel and watched the video that she had as her main one, you know on their page, and the video played just fine. i just can't figure out what's wrong, so if you know how to fix this please answer, thanks!

Youtube- can't watch videos.?
Some had this problem. I gave them this advice.

Go to this web and download the JAVA(TM)...

http://javadl.sun.com/webapps/download/A...

Otherwise go to Sun Microsystems Web.

For Adobe flash Player go to....

http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/fla...

Other wise go to Adobe Web. ( Trust Me Those links are easy. Click them or copy %26amp; paste them on you browsers address bar)

Direct link. Click and download.

Install both of them Then you;ll able to see Youtube Movie.

Hope it'll help
Reply:probably network traffic is high, or something..

these will help you...

1. Use Opera browser, it will load faster and smoother, and re-install latest flash.

get the latest flash player, and install it.. make sure all the browsers are NOT running during installation...

by the way, the javascript is turned on by default.

OR..

2. It could be due to slow connection or high traffic.

Try watching it during off peak hours, the video will be smoother.

Or you could watch it offline smoothly... try using 'zillatube' .

It works well - Just yahoo or google search "zillatube" to get it.

Reply:Have you tried a different browser eg firefox,
Reply:I have had this problem, but resolved it by going to to Adobe's support page link http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_14157 there is a Flash Uninstall program, download that, close your browser run the uninstall program and restart your browser and go to Adobe's web site and install the Flash player.

If that still does not fix the issue, go to www.java.com and download the latest version of Java
Reply:I used to have the same problem.

In this case, you can try to download the vid before watching.

I'm using Moyea flv downloader. It downloads very fast with high quality and supports full screen.

And it is FREE.

It is very easy to handle.

You needn't get the url when downloading the vid.

Just press "start recording"

Click in the page where the vid is playing

The downloader will automatically save it to your hard disk.

Then you can watch it with the embeded flv player.

You can search "flv downloader" on google.com for more info.

How do I get videos to fit my iPod screen?

Hello,

I was wondering on how I get videos from other resources (for example, I downloaded a video from Smosh's website) to fit properly onto your ipod screen.

I took one video, and it fit nearly perfectly but about centimeter or the video is cut off on one side. Anyway I can fix this?

I have an iPod Nano Video, if that helps.

Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

How do I get videos to fit my iPod screen?
you'll need the video converter that are made especially for ipods. (i.e., Videora)

that's what I use and it's worked perfectly
Reply:iPod can only play mp4 videos. If your videos are the right videos, you can transfer them to ipod directly with iTunes. If your videos are not the right formats, you need to convert them to iPod MP4 formats with a converter:

Reply:You must make sure the video is mp4 format for iPod. Here is a step by step guide about converting DVD, Videos, Flash and Youtube videos to iPod video

Reply:You can free download videos from http://www.limewire.com , http://www.youtube.com , or http://video.google.com then you need a third part software to convert videos and your dvds to ipod because ipod only support mp4 and H2.64. I recommend Cucusoft DVD to iPod Video Suite, it can rip DVD movie and convert videos in any format to iPod with fast speed and high output quality.

How many videos can the Creative Zen 4GB hold?

I read somewhere that 4GB players can hold 15 hours worth of video, but I've also read that they can hold 5 hours worth of video :S . So how much normal quality video can the creative zen 4gb hold?

Also can you put videos on a cheap sd card like :

http://www.play.com/Electronics/Electron...

Thanks

How many videos can the Creative Zen 4GB hold?
since a single video is about 5 to 6 mb of size. So 4GB=1024X4=4096 MB. So if you divide 4096 with 6, you can store upto 682 videos approximately.

You can put video or any SD card whether its cheap or expensive.

Videos on ipod nano?

I have videos that i took with my digital camera. The videos are now on my pc. How can i get the videos on my ipod nano? Any chance it is free?

Videos on ipod nano?
iPod only supports videos in mp4, H2.64 video format. If not, you may try some third party software. There are some free video converters for iPod, such as Videora, SUPER. They are free, but always do the work without the good performce. Nowadays, there are so many similar not free ipod converteres in the market. You should try your best to choose the best one. I recommend Cucusoft DVD to iPod Video Suite to convert DVD movie and convert videos in any format to iPod. It is the fastest converter I have used. You can download this software free from here

Also, here is the step by step guide about converting DVD, Videos, Flash and Youtube videos to iPod video. It works great.

Reply:transferring is not a problem. you need to check first if the file format of your video file is compatible with your nano. you can use winamp (download it free).

Does the PlayStation 3 play AVI videos?

Does the PlayStation 3 play AVI videos? I am really tired of converting videos from AVI to MP4 using PS3 Video 9. It really takes a long time for PS3 Video 9 to convert my videos. My videos are about 1 hour and 30 minutes long. Are their anything that I can use besides PS3 Video 9 that does the same thing, but takes less time to finish? Thank You.

Does the PlayStation 3 play AVI videos?
Have some patience my young grass-hopper
Reply:PS3 only support MPEG-4 formats, you have no choice but to convert AVI to MPEG-4.

You may find another convert software which have fast speed. I have used Daniusoft DVD to PSP Suite which convert any dvd/ video to PSP not take too much time.

You can have a try here:

http://www.daniusoft.com/dvd-to-psp-suit...

Otherwist, you may searc some more information on http://www.google.com/
Reply:Unfortunately one of the caveats of the Playstation 3 is that it can only play mp4 videos. This is most likely because all of the other formats have been licensed and therefore Sony would have had to pay money to be able to include those.

Avi is a windows format more or less, so I doubt Microsoft would just hand over the format license without a fee, which would convert into a fee that the consumers would have to pay.

And yes, converters will take a long time and consume ample amounts of resources, so just do it overnight.

Videos all offcentered?

After a bit of toggling video settings, all my videos now play slightly off-center. The top part is cropped out a bit even when the window is moved around to allow all the picture playing to be shown, even when using different video players such as WMP and VLC.
