How do i Get videos from Youtube on to My new Video Classic Ipod?

I know that you can get google videos onto your ipod but is there any way to get youtube videos onto my ipod hopefully without having to download someithing too? Or is there anyway to get Youtube videos onto Google Video to get them downloaded from there? please help me!!!!!!!!!!

Reply:Because iPod can play only MP4 video, youtube video is flv video, you have to download and convert youtube video to MP4, and then sync it to iPod through iTunes.
