How do i put videos that i have used Ares Tube to convert onto my iPod?

i have an iPod classic and i wanted to download videos from You Tube. I found a program called "Ares Tube" and it downloads the videos perfectly and puts them on my iTunes library but then when i attach my iPod to the computer to sync it, the videos don't come up. Does anyone know why this happens and what i can do to make it work?
