Im trying to download videos from my SamSung cam, but it wont work..how come?

So i have a Samsung Digital cam. And i've recored videos and now im trying to download it on to my video editor and edit it so i can post it on youtube and what not. First off my Windows moive maker REFUSES to say anything at all is there. And when i plus in the cam to the USB it tells me i have to download stuff. So i put in the disk that came with it, and all it will say is "cannot install" but it downloaded somekinda video editor.


So i'll have the cam plugged up, and turned on. And i pressed the butten that says "capture" on the video editor, and it says something along the lines off, device is not found.





wtf! can someone help me out here? i really want to download these videos from my cam!

Go to samsungs home page and download the the updated drivers for your camera and operating system

is the samsung software supported by Vista ?


i had to tell the software what capture device i was using in the setup wizard.but i rolled back to XPpro.Vista isn't ready.
Reply:hey there,maybe thers something wrong with your usb,or the disc is not good,ask aprelacement from the dealer,or have it check your computer by certified technician ,have it check it all the possibilities I know your waiting too long to dwnload your videos from your cam to your computer.
