When I watch videos on you tube they are very choppy and slow. The problem is the slow part. My computer is basically slow so I figure it's my computer not you tube. People with faster computers do you get faster videos, or is this how you tube videos are? Just wanted to know cause I'm getting a faster computer. This is from the dinosaur ages. Not that i believe dinosaurs existed.. hehee. anyways..
Thanks
Videos on You Tube?
I've been on slow computers on YouTube, and the quality of the videos are simply horrible.
But when go on YouTube on a faster computer, it is MUCH better.
If one of the videos still is horrible even on a faster computer, it's not the computer...it's the video.
Reply:Your videos should not be choppy in YouTube at all. They should run just the way they were recorded and uploaded. I have several movies I made and uploaded and they look the same on my computer as they do on my camera.
Your new computer should have a warranty and if it isn't fast enough for you than return it ASAP.
Reply:do u have broadband? it is most likly your computer if u have fast internet
Reply:It's your computer, I had the same problem until I got a faster computer.
Reply:I just went to you tube for 1st time yesterday,,,Mine worked perfectly fine,,,,But my computer is only 1 yr old this Jan....So it might be your computer..
My old computer was sooo slow I couldn't deal with it so I broke down and got a new one,,,IT WAS SO WORTH EVERY CENT...especially for saving time ...
Ps....DINOSAURS DID EXIST ,,No bones about it!!!
Reply:It's just your computer. My computer is very-fast and the videos on Youtube are not choppy. =P
BTW: Do you use the "disk defragmenter" on your computer? It takes away corrupted files etc. and cleans your computer, this can be a source of your slowness. (I'm using my Windows 95 computer right now, and it's running super-fast. =p)
Reply:It's one of three things, I'll list them in order of likelyhood:
1. Your internet connection is too slow. You need a connection speed =%26gt; 512kb/s.
2. Your computer is too slow to process the video. Not too likely, but can happen.
3. YouTube or your ISP is experiencing high demand and can't stream the video to you fast enough.
Check your internet connection speed here:
