Are the videos on youtube illegal and if i was to watch them would that be classified as stealing?. (by the "videos" i mean the videos like hannah montana, digimon, pokemon... those kind of videos)

If it's posted on youtube and you watch it, there is nothing they can do.
If you knowingly post copyrighted material on youtube then you can get in trouble.
Otherwise, it's up to youtube to take down that kind of content.
