Which videos come to mind when you think of great music videos?

I think that Savin Me by Nickelback has got to be the best video I've ever seen. The song is good, but the story that the video tells I think is spectacular. What tops your list for all around great videos?

Which videos come to mind when you think of great music videos?
MJ - Thriller, Black or White

Pearl Jam - Jeremy

NIN - Closer

Missy - Work it

Genesis - Land of Confusion

Madonna - Frozen, Ray of Light, Material Girl, Like a Prayer, Vogue, Take a Bow

Prince - When Doves Cry
Reply:i would have to say welcome to theblack parade-my chemicl romance
Reply:Thriller - Michael Jackson

That White Snake Video with Tawny Kitaen dancing on the hood of a car.......forgot the name of the video.

Jeremy - Pearl Jam

Like A Prayer - Madonna

Smells Like Teen Spirit - Nirvana
Reply:Michael Jackson's Thriller
Reply:YoU STOLE MINE IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLooooooooooooovvvvvvvvv... that song it has such a powerful meaning but I would have to say "Run away Love" By mary J blige and Ludacris because it talks about a harsh subject what girls go through rape molestion drunk parents death teen pregnancy and how to find a way out leting people know that not everybody has the perfect family or the perfect house or even the perfect life. Real people need help. I absoulutely positively love that song.
Reply:I'd say the video of The Wall. Because I watched it when I was a little girl and it totally impressed me when I saw those students being chopped by that machine.
Reply:coldplay, talk, if youve never seen it, watch it and it IS the best video of all time, not some one hit wonder radio band, sry just my opinion
Reply:city of tiny lights - frank zappa
Reply:yeah.. i love that video too... i think nickelback's videos are all good... they always have a good storyline...

but right now, i'm kinda hung up on the fray's "how to save a life" the 2nd version, the one with the white background....
Reply:I definitely agree with "Savin' Me". It's definitely the greatest music video I have ever seen. Gets me to crying every time because the message it emanates hits you like a ton of bricks.

The other one that comes to mind is Chris Cornell's "You Know My Name", simply for its mystery. I love how Chris' tale and Bond's tale intertwines at the very end into almost the exact same scene. Amazingly fascinating.

Reply:"Dark Side of the Rainbow".

Pink Floyd's "The Dark Side of the Moon" blended in with "The Wizard of Oz". The effect is absolutely incredible. Wikipedia used to have the biggest list of synchorized points but they took it off for some reason. I'll post the link to the video below:

This is a better clip than the one that I posted before. This one includes both the music from "Dark Side of the Moon" along with the first half of the movie with the character's lines and voices that they say during the course of the movie itself which actually provides for more synchorized parts.
Reply:Videos from the 80's and early 90's were the best, in my opinion. One of my favorites is "Like a Surgeon" by Weird Al.

Reply:Most anything by Michael Jackson is bound to be a great video. He uses so many theatrical elements and entertains the way old broadway actors did. Timeless showmanship will always create a great visual.
Reply:White and nerdy
Reply:The Wall- Pink Floyd
