i can upload videos onto my itunes just fine but then when i try to connect my ipod it says something like "these videos cannot be used on this specific ipod" and so i figured out that i had to convert them. so i right-click and clicked "convert into ipod/iphone" or something like that. and when i do, it is able to upload the video onto my ipod, BUT NOW WITHOUT THE SOUND! %26gt;:( im so frustrated, i dont understand why it does that :( does this happen to anyone else? how do i get video on my ipod, WITH the sound too haha?

Reply:Don't use iTunes to convert video for iPod, because iTunes cannot convert muxed video (muxed video means the audio and video are on the same track), muxed video converted by iTunes will lose sound. You can learn more about the problem from apple official document
