How do you get videos onto a PSP [Fat]?

Okay, I have the old version of PSP, I guess its called a Fat PSP... Anyways, I can't get any videos on it. I have the VIDEO folder, i tried to put a video in it. The video I tried to put in it was a music video that was an MPEG-4 Video File and it is 45,113 KB (I guess, that's what my computer says) My PSP has 347 MB of space on it. So, is the reason its not working because it has not enough room? Please help. =]

[PLEASE, do not post answers telling me to get a better PSP, or something else, or telling me you hate PSPs or whatever. Just answers that answer the question!]

How do you get videos onto a PSP [Fat]?
The reason is because you need to use a PSP video converter. Here is a free trial of one:

Once that expires, you can either download it from a different IP and transfer it to your computer via USB or CD, or you can look on google for a different one.

If you have already converted your video, there is no other solution as your PSP already has enough memory to store a 45113kb video (44.05566 mb)
Reply:you must rename the mp4 video according to the psp naming rule.

Here is a free psp movie manager that can help you transfer the music video to psp and rename it automatically.
