Free Videos for Ipod Video?

How can I have videos from pages such as metacafe.com?


I already downloaded a program that converts videos from YouTube to my Ipod, and I like it, but I would like to have another program that converts videos from a lot of other pages. Any help??!

because the iPod only support these video formats.


If the answer is yes,just use the ipod software,the you can transfer them to your iPod easily.


if the answer is no, you need a iPod video convert software to help you.You can search such software on http://www.google.com or http://www.yahoo.com
