Camcorder videos save to computer?

How can i save my videos from my camcorder to my computer and also if i upload the videos to youtube, the max is 10mins so how can io share my videos into small parts. I don't know how to spilt the videos up. Thanks for all your help

First connect your camcorder to your pc with a cable like firewire or usb2, check your manual for more informations about it (in most cases you have to buy separately the cable). Second use moviemaker to transfer your videos from your cam to your pc taking care of the time. Make many small footages so you will easily upload to youtube!
