Psp videos?

when i go to yahoo videos and try to play the video it says i have to save it. i save the video and it takes up memory but doesnt show up in the video section where i saved it. is there a way to find it to watch it or delete it without formatting and deleting all my psp data?

what version of firmware do you have?


if you have 2.71 (i think) or below, you need to start the usb connection, and the youll see the 'psp' folder.. click it. now, youll see 4 more folders.. game, music, video, pictures..(i think these are the 4 files.. but even if im wrong, it doesnt matter... keep reading


you need to make a new folder called "MP_ROOT" (in capital letters minus the ")


in that folder you need to create two more folders. one named 101anv01 and 101mnv01


you stick the mp4 in one of those (if it doesnt work in one, then stick it in the other)


if you have a higher version of firmware, then the folder is already created and when you start the usb connection, it will be the very first folder.


I recommend you DO NOT UPDATE to a higher firmware.. leave the current firmware and simply create the folders.


when you go to view it, it will be in the 'video' folder.


i dont know why sony did this, it makes no sense whatsoever.. if they have a video folder, wouldnt it just make sense to stick a video IN IT?
