How to put videos into ipod nano3?

can anyone tell me a website to download nano videos for free and can put videos from youtubes in there? i also want to know how to convert the videos into my ipod. and once i get the videos inside my computer, how do i get it in my itune or ipod section? because whenever i tried dragging it in, it wont work. %26amp; where will the video appear?( music, movie) those sections

then go to youtube then copy the url then put on top of the first bar and the second bar is for storing the vid. find a folder.
