How can i put videos on my mp3 player?

i have a Sansa e200R. i use the best buy digital music store from rhapsody. i want to put a video on my mp3, but when i go to do this, it says





"At this time Rhapsody does not support video transfer to the Sansa e200 or the Sansa Rhapsody e200r."





but i put videos on the same mp3 player a few months ago!! why can't i do it now?





oh and ps. the video i want to upload is one of the compatable video file types (wmv)....so i kno thats not the problem.





and it is not telling me that the video is too large.....

How can i put videos on my mp3 player?
YOU MUST USE THE SANSA SOFTWARE TO LOAD VIDEOS INTO THE UNIT.
