I've noticed as I increased the size of my hard drive (gigabytes) and increased the computer's memory, the buffering thing went away. A high speed connection is also important.

I've heard that it sometimes isn't your computer's fault, it could be a large volume of traffic through your ISP or through the website you are visiting vs. the capacity, or how much traffic, it can carry.
Reply:go to speakeasy.net and at the bottom select speed test and then make sure that your interent connection is not being shared by other devices you can also try updating Java, shokwave, and all other things and also try using a different internet browser and see if you still have the same problem. i would say that someone is leaching off your connection
Reply:YOUR connection speed isn't always the deciding factor. If the site's bandwidth is low or under heavy traffic, the output is going to be noticeably slower.
